Shipping Rates and Timeframes
All orders receive free worldwide shipping.
Standard Shipping Time: 7-14 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
If you require expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you in arranging it as quickly as possible.
Shipping/Delivery Time: After your shipping label is generated, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. This email confirms that your order has been shipped.
How do I get free shipping?
All orders receive free shipping. Simply place your order and enjoy free worldwide shipping.

When will my order ship?
Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and all holidays) for your order to be processed before it ships from our warehouse.
Shipping Time: After your order ships from our warehouse, please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be longer. Please understand.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are only eligible for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is currently unavailable.
How can I check the status of my order?
Check your email—Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order's status in real time.
Log in to your account—View your order information and get the latest updates on your order's status.

How can I track my order?

Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted.
Why is an item missing from my order?
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately. To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we may ship from different locations. If an item is missing, we may ship it in separate packages. Please check the tracking number for each package.

My tracking information shows it shipped, but I haven't received it yet?
If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, the following situations may apply:
- Pending Carrier Handover: Some packages may need to be transferred through multiple carriers, so there may be a delay in updating this information.
- Pre-Marked Delivered: In rare cases, the delivery status will be updated 24-48 hours in advance of the actual delivery.
- Delivery Attempt Notification: Please check your door, mailbox, or property for courier delivery notifications.
- Delivery Point Inspection: Please carefully search the area around the delivery address. Sometimes, the carrier may place the package in a hidden location to prevent theft.
- Delivery Photos: Some carriers upload photos of the delivery location, which you can view in the tracking information.
If your package shows "delivered" for more than 48 hours and you have not received it, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with further assistance.
