Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased online, please follow our return guidelines:
All returns must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original condition, packaging, and unworn. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the item during care (e.g., cleaning, washing, or wear).
If the item is worn or does not meet the above standards, we reserve the right to refuse the return and will return it to you at your expense.
The following items are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
Special sale items are not returnable; all sales are final.
We allow size or color exchanges if the same style is available.
All accessories are final.
Custom or special order items are not returnable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us at marketing@lvpud.com within 3 business days of receipt.
Please retain the original box and packaging to prevent damage.
We will email you return information to facilitate your return. If possible, we will ship a replacement upon receipt, provided the item has not been worn or washed and all tags are intact.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
Not valid for email sign-up promotions.
Promotional codes cannot be used after your order has been processed.
